As you know jogging, running and cycling are just a kind of cardio training, but push-ups, sit-ups and bench press are your muscle strength training. With the combination of strength and cardio training, you will burn fat from your whole body, not only maintain your weight but also get rid of toxins from your body. Once your body becomes balanced, the size of your boobs will become normal.
Last but not least, you are also required to have a regular sleeping routine. Don’t take on too much extra pressure. We also see too much pressure make ourselves become fat because our metabolic system can’t work properly if we don’t sleep enough because of pressure.
Other important warnings are once you get on a series of training, keep them ongoing as long as possible because if you stop them halfway, your fat will return. In order to get rid of fat, you have to spend as twice the amount of time as you did before, and all you have done on your weight control will become void. Nobody wants or expects this outcome.
